A native of Wisconsin, Kathy Georgen has lived in Northern Virginia since 1975 and is a graduate of George Mason University. In addition to her long career in public accounting, she is highly committed to community service and active in the Optimist Club of Great Vienna, the Vienna Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and Business Networking International (BNI).
When she is not serving her clients, Kathy enjoys travel, reading and cross-stitching. She and her husband, Bill, have two adult children. They both enjoy attending sporting and entertainment events in the area.
DH Scarborough is also a long-term resident of Northern Virginia, graduating from Old Dominion University after some time at Stanford. She shares Kathy Georgen’s commitment to her community, serving as past chairman for the Vienna Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the board for Historic Vienna, Inc.
Interested in travel and reading, her four sons are all grown and married. She is also the proud grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters.
Originally from North Carolina, Shirley Bennett is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. She has lived in the Northern Virginia area for more than 37 years and has over 30 years of accounting experience.
Shirley is the third original member of the firm and is involved in the Vienna Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Kenneth, have one a married daughter and two terrific grandsons.
Beth Kreber grew up in the Philadelphia area and graduated from Penn State University. Having lived in Northern Virginia for over twenty years, she joined Georgen Scarborough Associates, PC in 2009 and is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
She is involved in the Vienna Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and enjoys travel, reading, running, spinning and spending time with her two children when not serving the needs of her clients.
